If you've placed your investment today (within the current business day) and need to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible: we may be able to stop the transaction before it processes.
If your investment was made on a prior business day, we’re unable to cancel it, but we’d be happy to issue a refund once the transaction has completed. Simply contact us and we’ll take care of the next steps.
Please note: Once your investment order is fully processed and complete, you become a shareholder of record. At that point, the order cannot be canceled, but you can still request a refund subject to our policies.
