How do I reset my password?

If you remember your password and are logged into the platform, you can change your password by following the steps below:

1. Sign In to your account
2. Click your name at the top right corner of your screen
3. From your drop down menu select "Change my password"
4. You will be prompted to enter your current password, a new password, and to confirm your new password.
5. Select "Update" to confirm

If you do not remember your password and are logged out of your account, you can change your password  by following the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Sign In page.
2. Select "Forgot your Password?"
3. Enter your email in the form and select "send me reset password instructions"
4. You will receive an email with password reset instructions
5. Select the "Reset Password" button
6. You should then be redirected to a page where you can enter and confirm your new password
