      Micro Deposit Verification Process

      Here is a simplified explanation of the Micro Deposit verification process.

      To manually link your bank account to the Roots investment platform, you’ll need to complete the micro deposit verification process. This ensures that your bank account is properly connected to your Roots account.

       Please follow the step below to complete the process:
      1. Entering Your Bank Details: Start by entering your bank’s ACH information (account and routing number) on the Roots platform. This will allow the platform to send micro deposits to your account. 
      2. Receive Two Small Deposits: Within 1-2 business days, two small amounts (for example, $0.05 and $0.09) will be deposited into your bank account. These are the micro deposits needed for verification.
      3. Verifying the Deposits: Once you see these amounts in your bank account, log back into the Roots platform. Enter the exact amounts in the verification section at the top of your dashboard to confirm the connection.
      4. Completion: After you enter the correct amounts, your bank account will be verified, and any pending transactions on the platform will be processed.
