Why am I not receiving emails from Roots?

If you’re not receiving emails from Roots, including investor updates, marketing communications, or our bi-weekly newsletter, there are a couple of likely reasons:

  1. You May Have Unsubscribed:
    At some point, you may have manually unsubscribed from our email communications. This can prevent all future messages (including important updates) from reaching your inbox.
  2. HubSpot May Have Marked You as an Unengaged Contact:
    Roots uses HubSpot to manage email communications. If HubSpot detects a history of unengaged behavior (such as consistently not opening our emails) it may automatically categorize you as an “unengaged contact” and stop delivering emails to you.
